What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our chatbot?
When talking to our ‘application’ (chatbot, bot, artificial intelligence), as appropriate, and you will be asked to enter your phone number, email address, location data or other details to help you with your experience. With the exception of your name, we never collect any information that you don’t enter yourself.
When do we collect information?
We only collect information from you when you enter the information on our app within Facebook Messenger.

- To personalise user’s experience.
